Shipping policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at our store. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Shipment Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2 to 5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional transit time for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

Shipping Methods

All non-liquor items are shipped via USPS and will be delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout.

Liquor purchases are not eligible for USPS shipping and must be picked up at 316 Main Street Station. Delivery of liquor may be available upon request for an additional fee. Please contact us prior to placing your order or after checkout to arrange delivery options and pricing.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). Tracking information will become active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

We are not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, tariffs, or additional fees applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.

Damages

We are not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. If you receive your order damaged, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
