Has my order been dispatched yet?
Orders ship within 1–5 business days. You'll get a dispatch email with tracking — check spam if it doesn't show up.
What is your return policy?
Returns are accepted within 10 days of purchase. Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging. Perishable, intimate, or hazardous goods can't be returned.
I put the wrong address for my order. Can I change it?
Contact us within 24 hours of ordering. We can update it before shipment; once shipped, we can't redirect the package.
I ordered two or more items. Why did I only receive one?
Multi-item orders sometimes ship from different locations and arrive separately. The rest of your order is on its way.
I need to cancel or change my order. How do I do this?
Contact us as soon as possible. We can accommodate changes before shipment; once shipped, orders can't be cancelled or modified.
My order is still not here. Can you help?
If it's been more than 15 business days since dispatch, contact us — we'll investigate and offer a resend or refund where applicable.
Why did I not receive a confirmation email after placing my order?
Check spam first. If it's still missing, contact us and we'll resend it.
I do not have a tracking number. When will I get it?
Tracking is included in your dispatch email. Allow a short delay for carriers to activate it.
What payment options are available?
All major credit/debit cards via Stripe, plus PayPal. If your card is declined, contact us for help.
How long does order processing take?
1–5 business days, though busy periods and holidays may add time.
Can I return an item if it has been worn?
No — items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging to qualify.
